Print-On-Demand Production
Every shirt is printed to order through our fulfilment partner Gelato, which operates 140+ print hubs across 32 countries. Your order is routed to the print hub closest to your shipping address to minimize transit time and carbon footprint.
Timelines
- Production: 2–4 business days to print and finish the shirt.
- Shipping (domestic US): 3–7 business days after production.
- Shipping (international): 5–14 business days after production, depending on destination.
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the carrier picks up your package.
Shipping Costs
A flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout. Costs vary by destination country. Exact shipping will be confirmed before payment.
Where We Ship
Through Gelato's international network, we ship to most countries worldwide. A country is shown in the checkout country selector if we can deliver there.
Customs & Duties
For orders shipping outside the US, customs duties or VAT may be charged by your country's customs authority at delivery. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive an email with a tracking link when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email support@armyoftees.com.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is more than 7 days past its estimated delivery window, contact us at support@armyoftees.com and we'll file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
