What We Collect
When you place an order or subscribe to our email list, we collect:
- Your name, shipping address, email, and (optional) phone number.
- Order details (items, quantities, sizes, prices).
- A Stripe payment confirmation token — your full card number never reaches our servers.
Web-analytics cookies may record anonymized visit data (pages viewed, referrer, device type). We do not use behavioral advertising trackers.
How We Use It
- To process and ship your order.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates).
- To send marketing email only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe from any email.
- To comply with tax and accounting obligations.
Who We Share It With
- Stripe — payment processing. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe.
- Gelato — our print-on-demand fulfilment partner. Receives your name, address, and item details to print and ship.
- Shipping carriers — for last-mile delivery.
- Government agencies when legally required.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@armyoftees.com. We'll respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA — these same channels apply.
Data Retention
Order records are kept for seven years to comply with tax obligations. Marketing-email data is kept until you unsubscribe. Unfulfilled cart data expires after 30 days.
Cookies
We use session cookies (to remember your cart) and optional analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser — the cart will not function without them.
