By placing an order on ArmyOfTees (armyoftees.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who We Are
ArmyOfTees is a direct-to-consumer apparel business selling print-on-demand t-shirts featuring quotes and likenesses of historic military leaders. We ship worldwide from our print-fulfilment partners.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Orders are charged at the time of purchase via Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. ArmyOfTees does not store your full card number on our servers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.
4. Products
Products are printed to order. Colors shown on screen may vary slightly from physical goods due to display calibration. Each garment is printed fresh — sizes should be ordered per our Size Guide; see individual product pages for size charts.

6. Returns & Refunds
See our Refund & Return Policy for details. Because items are printed to order, returns are limited to defective or incorrect items.
7. Intellectual Property
Historic quotes are in the public domain. Designs, layouts, typography, and site content are the property of ArmyOfTees and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
ArmyOfTees's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
